# Token Issuance

1. **Gold Deposit:** XGZ accepts gold bars from trusted global refineries that meet the specifications as GoldZip Eligible Gold Bars.  GoldZip Eligible Gold Bars are 99.99% fine gold of 1 kg gold bars.
2. **Assayed and Vault Stored:** GoldZip Eligible Gold Bars are assayed by internationally recognized standards to ensure 99.99% fineness before being deposited into the HKGX recognized depositories.
3. **Token Issuance on Blockchain:** After a secure process, XGZ tokens are issued on the blockchain network to be distributed at our network of exchanges and distributors.
